Thank you for shopping at Carolina Grace Boutique & Gifts! We hope you love your purchase; However, we understand sometimes you may need to make a return. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review the following return policy.

 

We accept Exchanges of unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, have no makeup stains, no deodorant stains, no animal hair, no smell of smoke or perfume with the original tags attached for store credit of original price.

Items can be exchanged within 10 days from the date your items are delivered.

 

We do not accept returns on any merchandise marked “SALE” or “FINAL SALE”. Accessories including but not limited to: headbands, jewelry, cups, & under garments are final sale.

 

Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a $5 shipping fee will be charged to your account to ship the item (s) back to you. Thank you for understanding.

 

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for a return or exchange.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at carolinagracellc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
