Once tracking information begins, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged. We strive to ship all items within 2-5 business days using UPS. Standard Rates apply or free for orders over $100.00.

Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Carolina Grace Boutique & Gifts! We hope you love your purchase; However, we understand sometimes you may need to make a return. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review the following return policy.
RETURN POLICY
We offer store credit for any returned items. Clothing must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, have no makeup stains, no deodorant stains, no animal hair, no smell of smoke or perfume with the original tags attached for store credit of original price.

Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a $5 shipping fee will be charged to your account to ship the item (s) back to you. Thank you for understanding.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
Items can be returned within 10 days from the date your items are delivered.
FINAL SALE
We do not accept returns on any merchandise marked “SALE” or “FINAL SALE”.
All sales are final on headbands, jewelry, cups, leggings, hats, eyewear, socks, under garments
DAMAGED ITEM
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for a return or exchange
